I. NATURE OF THE PROBLEM – REQUIREMENTS
Painting walls requires the application of paints that are durable, have excellent bonding to the substrate, give good coverage and provide an easily cleaned surface.

II. SOLUTION
ISOMAT‑COLOR is an ideal solution for painting plaster, concrete or gypsum boards. It is a white, water-based paint based on copolymer PVA‑VEOVA that provides:
- brilliant whiteness;
- excellent coverage;
- vapor permeability that allows the substrate to breathe;
- excellent bonding to the substrate;
- excellent washability; and
- an aesthetically pleasing finish.

III. APPLICATION

Substrate preparation:
1. The surface to be painted must be dry and free of grease, dust and loose particles.
2. Repair any imperfections in the plaster using DUROCRET, UNICRET or UNICRET‑FAST mortars.
3. Smooth the surface with STUCCOCRET putty.
4. Widen cracks and joints to about 3 mm and fill them with ISOMASTIC‑A sealant.
5. Prime the surface with UNI‑PRIMER, especially on loose plaster; consumption is approximately 100–200 g/m² depending on surface absorptivity.
6. Once the primer has dried, application of ISOMAT‑COLOR can follow.

Application of ISOMAT‑COLOR:
- Use undiluted or diluted with 5–10% clean water.
- Apply two coats by brush, roller or spray.
- Apply the second coat only after the first coat is completely dry.
- Coverage is about 8‑10 m² per kilogram of paint per coat.

IV. REMARKS
- Paint in temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C.
- Avoid painting when rain is expected or on strong windy days.
- Clean tools with water immediately after use.
- Wear protective gloves and glasses and follow safety instructions.
